Refund and Return Policy
Due to the customization of signing and/or personalizing a book, to be eligible for a return, your item must have been damaged in shipping. A signed book can not be returned to inventory. If the product has not been signed and/or personalized in any way, then you may return that product as long as it is not signed and in pristine condition.
Undamaged signed books are not returnable due to an inability to return such books to inventory once an interior page has been written on.
If there is another issue not related to a damaged product, please email firstname.lastname@example.org, and my assistant will work with you to resolve the issue.
To complete your return, please first contact us via email at email@example.com and state the issue for requesting to return the product.
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error is not subject to a full refund. Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery is also not subject to replacement or refund.Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
