This was a complex story and bigger than any other book I’d attempted in the past. I wanted both families to be rich and defined. I wanted Adelina’s backstory to feel real, and for Rocco to be more than just a list of tropes for an Alpha male. His mature and loving protectiveness is what made him a hero to me. I hoped readers would feel like it was an escape, because when I wrote this story, I wanted to escape the difficulties in life.

As a woman going through perimenopause, it touches on the dreams and college experiences. My long weekend in NYC and Jersey. Luca’s story came from a line in Kurt Vonnegut’s Mother Night: “Be careful who you pretend to be.” I meditated on that line and played it out in my head, imagining how it could become a story. I saw the Westchester home and the bench they shared on the wooded path near the water. Adelina coming out of the house in her hoodie on a snowy night. Luca on the bench feeding the birds….

Title: The Billionaire’s Destiny (Love and Destiny Book 3. This trilogy expands the world of the two completed billionaire trilogies: The Kept Trilogy and Tiger Lily Trilogy.

Trilogy: Same characters over three books. Story continues from Book 1 to Book 3 ending in a HEA.

We are at the end of the journey for Adelina and Rocco. They’re married and in love. All of the family secrets are coming to light, and Luca’s strong hold and will on the family tightens, leaving the entire family struggling in the aftermath. This leaves Rocco and Adelina at odds with the child provision in their marriage contract. With Adelina’s father reemerging and pressure to keep secrets at any cost, risking public exposure, she’s compelled to take control of her own truth.

Their marriage has many challenges, but at the heart is their love. The story reveals key insights into the past two books and comes to a beautiful, loving conclusion.
